Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New Delhi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling cold calling, client consultation, negotiations, office operations, client communication, sales, and finance tasks. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing paperwork, coordinating with clients and other departments, assisting with financial transactions, and ensuring efficient office processes.
Qualifications
• Customer Service Representative and Office Operations skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle sales tasks
• Basic understanding of finance
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
