Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the collision center
Process payments, invoices, and other paperwork associated with repair services
Address concerns or issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction with completed repairs
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and insurance representatives both verbally and in writing
Prior customer service experience preferred
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology is preferred
Comfortable using computer software
Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with customers who might be stressed due to their vehicle being damaged.
MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
