Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and record keeping (asset)
Update and maintain company website content as required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
Website development skills required (content updates, basic maintenance)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with computers and common office software
Work Environment:
Office-based position
Full-time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
