The candidate is required to support Americas Contact Center for Orders Booking. His/Her primary responsibility areas would cover customer quote creation and order booking , order fullfillment , resolving invoicing disputes and co-ordinating with cross funtional teams in order to ensure timely booking of orders and delivery of equipments to our esteemed customers.
Responsibilities:
Required to book the Parts Sales for requests form the end customers.
Required to complete the Sales Order Booking against the requests from end customers for Keysight Products as per the defined business SLAs on timeliness and accuracy.
Would need to work extensively on SalesForce and Oracle applications along with other internal applications for completing the Order Booking process.
Carry out critical thinking and take calls on certain orders where the requests are of complex nature and must be processed with utmost care and diligence.
Process purchase orders and quotations for the customers interested in buying Keysight's products.
Support any project initiative to understand the impacts and recommend resulting changes needed to the process and drive these to closure.
Responsible for meeting service level commitments through data collection and root cause analysis.
Would play an important part of the documentation of the process updates.
Skills Required
Graduate in any stream through a Full-Time course.
Strong Knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, Power point, Outlook etc.
Excellent verbal/written Communication Skills.
Requires previous experience of working on an ERP platform (preferably SalesForce/Oracle Order Management)
Know how of Order Life Cycle.
Good Analytical Skills to understand customers' requirements and translate into Order Requirements
Having a Good Problem Solving approach and ability to think independently towards improvement of the Processes working on.
Typing Speed of 35-40 WPM
Should be open to work in night shifts.
