The US Accountant position will work closely with our US & Canadian clients in terms of Accounting, Taxation, Audit and handle day-to-day bookkeeping. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day to day financials Designation : Customer Success Associate (US Accounting) - Ahmedabad Location : Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India Experience : 1+ Years Qualification : CA, Inter CA, CMA, Inter- CMA, ACCA, CPA, EA, Work Shift : 3 : 30 PM - 1 : 00 AM (Monday - Friday) - Male 5 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM (Monday - Friday) - Male 2 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM (Monday - Friday) - Female Working Days : 5 Days(Mon Fri) Job Description : - Prepare Financial Statements and Tax returns - Complete time-sheet daily - Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards - Develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients financial situations - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings. - Participate in external and internal training as required - Maintain current and accurate files and record and date any actions and detailed file notes - Use available resources to seek answers to technical questions prior to consulting manager Job Requirements : - 0-1+ years of accounting experience with small / medium businesses - Proven experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements and tax return preparation - Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred - Experience using cloud accounting solutions including QB, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS, MYOB. - Knowledge of US Accounting and Taxation process
