About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the queries of our existing clients & provide refresher training
2. Help in on-boarding the new clients by providing them training and setting up the tool
3. Actively reach out to existing customers in Mumbai to explain new features of Konnect Insights software
4. Recommend best practices in social listening and analytics
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Understanding of digital marketing
