Customer Success Manager Weekly visits to Central Bristol Salary Range: £35-50k

After launching in early 2024, they’ve already built an impressive customer base & significant revenue generation. As the first Customer Success Manager in the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients not only adopt but thrive with the company’s solutions. You'll help customers fully leverage the suite of products, with a focus on maximizing their impact in the Net-Zero space.



If you have some experience in account management, a knack for building strong relationships, and a passion for renewable energy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!



This is an amazing opportunity for someone who either wants to make an environmental impact via reducing Carbon Emissions or someone who’s excited by joining an early-stage start-up – or both!



What you’ll need



Either experience in a Customer Success position or a similar background such as Account Management
Excellent interpersonal skills – you’ll be in constant communication with your clients and will need to build strong & long-lasting relationships
A highly proactive & driven attitude – there is huge room for growth in this role and it is well suited to someone who wants to pursue that growth!
Ability to automate processes – a lot of the processes are manual right now, but as they grow out the Customer Success function there is huge scope for implementing any automation you think will work best!
Ability to pick up new things quickly and understand complex & highly technical business solutions
It’s not a prerequisite, but a passion for environmentally-focussed products or developing clever solutions for society-wide issues would be hugely beneficial
Highly collaborative and enthusiastic about working in the office alongside amazing colleagues once a week in Bristol!
