Title: Customer Success Partner
Wage Range: $22.50 - $25.50

In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for our Accredited Businesses (ABs)—their strategist, and trusted advisor. From onboarding to renewal (and everything in between), you’ll provide top-tier consultative support that helps our partners maximize the value of their accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a trusted guide , delivering proactive outreach that drives business success.
Host regular check-ins, share strategic insights, and keep your caseload thriving.
Discover business goals and connect ABs to the right tools, resources, and opportunities.
Spot red flags before they wave—develop retention strategies that win hearts (and renewals).
Communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence—across email, phone, or Zoom.
Stay up to date on policies, best practices, and everything in between.
Keep our database squeaky clean and packed with the most accurate info possible.
Jump into our 740 Benefit Queue with professionalism and heart.
Tackle special projects.
