Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team remotely from India. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and ensuring a great experience with our products.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team with clear documentation
- Track and update tickets in the support system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Identify recurring issues and flag them for the product/engineering team
- Maintain response time and resolution SLAs
- Contribute to internal knowledge base articles and FAQs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or customer success role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience working US hours or with US/global customers
- Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting SaaS or tech products
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability (APIs, integrations, browser debugging)
