Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Part-time Customer Service Consultant in our pre-construction admin team at Stevie Redback Pest Control. You will be required to work from our Brendale office. This is a permanent Part-time position of 15.2hr/week available. (There is some flexibility in when those hours can be completed)
In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, where you will provide customer service and sales support to our pre-construction department.
The core responsibilities in this role include:
Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from Builders, Concreters etc
Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
Scheduling pre-construction pest installations for customers
Generating Form 12’s, Form 43’s and Certificates of Installation for completed works.
Checking payments and sending customers their relevant documents for certification.
Liaising with your fellow colleagues
Meeting calls and internal sales targets
Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
The ideal candidate must possess:
Previous Call centre/Customer Service Experience
Professional Phone manner.
Previous pest or building/construction experience is advantageous
Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking
Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment to support colleagues
Professional, reliable, and punctual.
