15.5k in handRequirements
• As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for evaluating and analysing account information and recommending tailored solutions to our customers, reinforcing the benefits of the Brand by providing relevant offers that deepen customer engagement with our products and services.
• Build meaningful relationships through consultative questioning to ensure added value for the customer.
• Handling calls from customers requiring assistance on billing doubts and clarification.
• Provide a tailored resolution on all calls applicable based on client needs.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction delivered on all calls (within / outside the support boundary).
• Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Candidate should have at least taken 2nd dose of vaccination mandatory.
UG/GRAD both can apply.
Fresher/Experience both can apply.
Shift:
5 days, Rotational Shifts that includes Night Shift
