Role Description:
• Handling Inbound / Outbound Calls
• Resolve Customer Issues .
• Maintain Customer Records .

Experience Required : 0 to 1 year. ( Freshers are most welcome / Sales exp is also required atleast 6 Months )

Location : Noida Sec 60 .
Process : SAMSUNG , LUMINOUS , KIA ( PREMIUM )
Salary : 25ctc + PF deduction + Medical Insurance .
Shifts : Rotational Shifts ( DAY Shifts for Female candidates )
Qualification : Graduate ( In any stream )
