Job Description
Resolving Customer queries on multiple platforms (via call, emails and social media)
Converting customer queries into purchase.
Customer Data Management by extracting it from shopify reports.
Plan to retarget old customers
Converting Abandoned Cart into purchase by following with the customer
Working on taking reviews from the customer on their purchase.
Resolving and Converting Bulk queries into purchase.
Coordinating with the production team for any last minute changes given by customers in the order and helping them out in case the team faces any problem while dispatching the order.
Working with the logistics partner for a hustle free delivery of the orders by coordinating with them and customers.
Keeping track of Orders Returning to us before and after delivery.
Keeping track of Refunds, maintaining data and initiating COD payments.
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers.
Helping in improving customer service procedures, policies and standards.
Helping with other managers to discuss possible improvements in the product and services.
Ability of multitasking, think critically, problem solver, and be creative and flexibleJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: INR8,67+.00 - INR2+,++5.00 per monthSchedule:
