Must have the ability to clear the customer issues on time with in the specific time and also assign and clients and business.
Responsibilities and Duties Managing the orders efficiently. Handling both B2C and B2B customers through chat or calls. Creating tickets and managing accordingly. Assigning orders to mechanics and ensuring the order is fulfilled efficiently. Follow-up with customers and mechanics. Ensure to provide the best customer experience. Creating daily reports in terms of order counts. Whom do we look for? Any Higher Education Experienced candidate is preferred. Good communication skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements in multiple locations Have Good knowledge to handle client. Should have good knowledge on order fulfillment. English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayam minimum four languages is mandatory.
