About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
7. Take the extra mile to engage customer
1. Certificate of internship will be provided
2. Letter of recommendation will bw provided
3. Informal dress code
4. The candidate may also be given job offer

Salary: ₹10,000.00 per month
