Looking for a candidate who is ready to work as Customer Care Executive for Aacho, An Online Ethnic Wear Brand for Women.

Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's in any field
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service required
Experience in the fashion field is a plus
Good communication and verbal English are a must.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Drive
Freshers with excellent English and communication skills can also apply

KRA's
Gain an understanding of our products and our ORM management processes
Handle inbound customer queries via email, chat and calls.
Willingness to work on CRM and create daily task reports.
Resolve customer queries in a proper manner that is in the best interest of the brand as well as the customer

Salary: As per industry standards
Monday to Saturday, 9:30am-6:30pm
Strictly Work from Office position
