Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions & pushing sales. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and bring in new ideas / strategy to increase customer satisfaction & increase sales.Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during sales and after-sales.
• Prepare overall strategy to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty programs and other means to increase sales
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, social media or chat
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers navigate through the portal
• Analyze and report product malfunctions
• Reach out to every COD customer, RTO customers to check on the issues faced.
• Call each customer to get feedback
• Track each order & co-ordinate with logistics for any issues faced
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
• Share improvement areas, effective workarounds with quality control basis customer grievances
• Inform customers about new products, loyalty programs and share bulk messages for repeat purchase
• Follow up with customers & logistics to ensure their issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback, quality or order related issues and share with the management & the team.
Requirements-
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Extremely cool temperament & patience to handle customers
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Should be okay with factory setting and Mon-Sat working.
