Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions & pushing sales. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and bring in new ideas / strategy to increase customer satisfaction & increase sales.Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during sales and after-sales.Prepare overall strategy to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty programs and other means to increase salesRespond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, social media or chatIdentifying customer needs and helping customers navigate through the portalAnalyze and report product malfunctionsReach out to every COD customer, RTO customers to check on the issues faced. Call each customer to get feedbackTrack each order & co-ordinate with logistics for any issues facedMonitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistanceShare improvement areas, effective workarounds with quality control basis customer grievancesInform customers about new products, loyalty programs and share bulk messages for repeat purchaseFollow up with customers & logistics to ensure their issues are resolvedGather customer feedback, quality or order related issues and share with the management & the team.Requirements-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Extremely cool temperament & patience to handle customersProficient in MS Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Should be okay with factory setting and Mon-Sat working.Location - Sewri, Mumbai
