Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd is currently hiring for PORTER for the role of Customer Support Associate (inbound- Part Time) complete WFH .
• A customer support associate porter is responsible for assisting customers with their needs, which can include providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Candidate also handle tasks such as organizing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other staff members as needed.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
• Any Degree graduate proper documents like Degree, Intermediate.
• Good communication skills
• Good Convincing skills
• Languages Tamil, Kannada, Telugu (While knowledge of mentioned languages with HINDI fluency is mandatory)
Required Candidate profile :
• Own laptop must and should.
• Wifi connection mandatory (atleast 50 MBPS).
• Atleast 0 to 6 months experience in voice process.
• Age 20 to 28 (Any Gender).
