We are hiring for one of our reputed clients for a Customer Support (International Voice Process) role based in Jaipur.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who are comfortable handling international customers over voice calls and providing end-to-end customer support. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers (Graduates) with excellent communication skills can apply
• Experienced candidates (Graduate/Undergraduate) with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service / Voice Process
• International voice process experience will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and customer handling skills required
Job Details:
Role: Customer Support – International Voice
• Location: Jaipur
• Shift: 24×7 Rotational
• Working Days: 5.5 Days a week
• Immediate joiners preferred
