Working as a Customer Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time. You will be part of a supportive team that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes; spotting and fixing data issues, liaising across teams, and ensuring the billing process runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing;
Data Detective: Review, investigate, and resolve data issues that prevent bills from being created.
Problem Solver: Use system tools to identify and correct unusual or missing data, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate and Connect: Work with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues and ensure accounts are up to date.
Accuracy Champion: Double-check account data and make adjustments to enable smooth billing processes.
