Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute daily operational strategic plans to drive performance, innovation, and strategic thinking.
• Manage relationships with key sponsors and partners to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead complex cross-functional activities to drive continuous growth of the services business.
• Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4-6 years related experience, and project or team management experience.
• Innovation and creativity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Customer Support Operations, ideally with hands-on experience of leading complex change in a services organization.
