Presently we have urgent openings for the post of Customer Support cum Relationship for our company. The job description has given below:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain good relationship with customers and dealers.
• Enhance the volume of dealer's business.
• Develop new business.
• Identifying prospective customers.
• Generate new leads.
• Built up new customer data-base
• Strengthen Existing customer data base.
• Answering all customer's queries.
• Resolving customer's issues.
• Providing proper guidance to the customers.
Desired candidate profile:
• Must be Graduate.
• Should have experience in same profile. (Minimum 2 years)
• Good command over English. (Written & Verbal)
• Good communication skill.
• Should have knowledge in MS Word & Excel.
• Must be familiar with communicating via Email & Whasapp
