Job Description

Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Tele-Caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.

Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.

2. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.

3. Maintain good customer relations.

4. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.

5. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.

6. Upsell other products wherever possible.

7. Day-to-day resolution and support to the sales team on queries and errors reported in Salesforce CRM.

8. Provide leads to the Salesforce team for different locations as per the company product sale requirements.

+. Maintain & create user details

10. Implementing feedback calls from various saloons or customers in order to get positive or negative response about company product experience.

11. Responsible for follow up and reporting related questions

12. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive channel performance

13. Deal with all queries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail within specified given time.

14. Coordinate with various departments (Sales & Marketing, Accounts, etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service.
