Job Title: Customer Support / Telecalling Intern (Freshers, On-Site)
Location: On-site — Kasavanahalli / Sarjapur Road, Bangalore
Type: Full-time Internship | 6 Days (Mon–Sat) | 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 4 months

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support / Telecalling Intern to join our early team at Betterhood - a fast-growing D2C health & wellness startup. This role offers hands-on experience in customer communication, problem resolution, CRM processes, and telecalling operations - ideal for anyone starting their career in customer support or operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers to assist with queries, orders, and product information
• Handle inbound support calls and resolve customer issues with clarity and patience
• Maintain call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules
• Assist customers with post-purchase support, product usage guidance, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to resolve customer concerns
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights to improve user experience
• Support in basic CRM updates and daily reporting
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls
• Basic understanding of customer service etiquettes
• Ability to use tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and basic CRM systems
• Strong patience, listening skills, and problem-solving attitude
• Must be Bangalore-based and able to work on-site, 6 days a week
• Prior calling or customer-facing experience is a bonus, not mandatory
