Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, bold, and dynamic female professional to support and streamline the daily operations of our leadership team (CEO, CTO, COO, Directors). As the CXO Office Strategist, you will act as the central execution and communication anchor, ensuring internal alignment, task management, and cross-department coordination.
This is a leadership-facing role demanding high levels of professional maturity, task ownership, communication clarity, and multi-department interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with all departments on behalf of CXOs, ensuring timely updates, deliverables, and escalation management
Organize executive calendars, meeting schedules, project timelines, and follow-up routines
Proactively raise red flags, track dependencies, and alert the leadership team on bottlenecks or urgent matters
Draft emails, prepare briefs, and summarize internal communication for leadership clarity
Manage and monitor key internal tasks, timelines, and approvals delegated from the leadership
Understand strategic priorities and ensure daily operational execution aligns with leadership vision
Support in travel coordination, documentation, internal events, and data collation
Required Technical & Communication Skills
Proficient in Excel, MIS, and PowerPoint for reports, summaries, and dashboards
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized in email writing, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Familiarity with modern productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms
Should have a mindset to improve, automate, or streamline internal processes proactively
