Who You Are
3+ years of experience
Experience counseling employers regarding issues such as medical leaves and accommodations, disciplinary actions, wage and hour issues, and terminations
Experience drafting basic employment policies, procedures, and agreements
Experience with public entity clients and/or charter schools (Plus)
CA Bar in good standings
Juris Doctorate
What You Will Be Doing
Independently research and analyze employment law issues and anticipate client needs
Counseling employers regarding labor and employment issues
