Cybersecurity Operations Engineers fortify defenses, monitor threats with vigilance, and orchestrate swift, precise responses—strengthening resilience, safeguarding trust, and enabling continuous improvement in an ever‑evolving threat landscape.

In this role you’ll...

Deliver security services through effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Analyse security alerts, including triage, investigation, and detailed incident assessment.
Escalate incidents when required and assess threat scope and potential impact.
Carry out threat eradication activities, including isolating compromised systems.
Document findings, perform impact analysis, and apply threat intelligence for actionable insights.
Prepare clear customer reports outlining incidents and remediation actions.
Respond promptly to threats and ensure remediation steps are properly executed and recorded.
Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for rapid incident response.
Maintain accurate documentation and develop SOPs and runbooks.
Mentor team members and support best‑practice development.
Contribute to security improvement projects and enhancement initiatives.
