Job Description
The City of New York's Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) is seeking a highly motivated Certified IT Administrator (LAN/WAN) IV to support the department's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex IT systems and will be able to provide technical expertise to drive business outcomes.

Managing the city's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations
Providing technical support to internal customers

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in LAN/WAN administration
Proficiency in MS Visio and ServiceNow
