Cycle Lawyer / Fee Earner (Grade C) - Serious Injury – Liverpool
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a top tier Legal 500 law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal and Catastrophic Injury as well as Clinical Negligence.
The firm is recognised nationally for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Cycling team, it is now seeking an experienced Fee Earner or Solicitor to work alongside existing Partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Fee Earner / Solicitor with a passion for Serious Injury and has a proven track record for running an Intermediate and/or Multi-Track caseload. Experience handling cycling claims would be an advantage; however, comprehensive training will be provided if needed.
Strong expertise in litigation is essential, along with a proven history of managing a varied caseload of high-value matters, both pre and post-litigation.
The Candidate
• Fee Earner / Legal Executive / Solicitor with a passion for Serious Injury (Grade C)
• Proven experience of handling an Intermediate / Multi-Track caseload
• Litigation experience
• An interest in Cycling related cases
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent client care skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
