About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to insert in Retail Excellence Function. Reporting to the Head of Retail Excellence, the candidate will be responsible to generate Sales business insights to support data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization leveraging advanced analytics capabilities. The Data Analyst also provides data-fueled solutions to support sales actions’ effectiveness, insights and analyses outcomes to Country leadership team and Sales organization.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Design, development, implementation, and support to the complete Sales & Supervision team in form of various excel reports, presentation and other tools working with cross-functional teams.
• Document reporting requirements to meet business needs.
• Design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards that gives insights to the stakeholders have visibility on the opportunities and take informed business decisions.
• Support to the Country Leadership Team in preparing details & presentations required for budget, forecast and various sales meets.
• Maintaining & measuring various KPIs.
• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Analyze, extract, and review relevant data from various business sources.
• Analyze data and publish daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the pre-defined timelines.
• Create multi-level reports from the same data to serve multiple stakeholders with minimum manual re-work.
• Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
• Be innovative and work closely with IT team in automating various reports where currently manual intervention is required.
About You
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with certification course in MS Office.
• Work Experience of 3-5 years as data/MIS analyst, with proficiency in MS Excel and Power-point.
• A strong understanding of the business funnel and KPIs that drive it.
• Knowledge of VBA/Macro will be an added advantage.
• A pleasing personality with good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• An appetite to learn and grow with the market leader, within one of the fastest growing categories in India.
Desired Experience
• Prior experience working in a global or international organization.
• Previous experience in Retail is desirable
