Data Analyst (Entry Level)

Amigo is looking for a full-time Data Analyst at our location in Bridgeport, Michigan. Please read the position’s responsibilities below to determine whether you are a good fit:
Responsibilities:
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives and inform decision-making.
Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports (sales, finance, operational KPIs, etc.).
Clean, transform, and maintain data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and usability.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to enhance data accessibility and comprehension.
Assist with various project data preparation and analysis.
Collaborate with departments to gather data requirements and develop solutions that improve data accessibility and usability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies or quality issues in coordination with system owners and stakeholders.
Support data imports/exports, audits, and reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
Document data flows, reporting processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate cross-training.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data analysis through ongoing training and learning.
Qualifications:
ERP Conceptual Knowledge (NetSuite is a plus).
Experience with, or exposure to, data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools).
Understanding of relational databases and basic SQL.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, macros preferred).
Windows OS and Office 365 experience.
General understanding of GAAP and Financial Statements.
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Business, Accounting, Data Analytics or Related Field.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication skills to translate data into insights.
