The Role
As a full-time Data Analytics Instructor at Coding Temple, your main objective is to guide and mentor students towards success - graduation & employability. You will deliver daily lectures, provide group and one-on-one coaching, grade assignments and review projects. You'll support students through technical challenges, ensure progress, and foster a positive learning environment. Collaboration with the team is key to maintaining course quality and student engagement.

The Responsibilities
• Deliver daily lectures (1-2 hours) and group coaching (2 hours) using interactive teaching techniques.
• Track student progress, offering tailored support and feedback.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring, motivation, and technical help.
• Review coursework and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Guide students through project sprints and assessments.
• Foster community within student groups to encourage engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student experience and program effectiveness.
The Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics.
• 2+ years of teaching or instructional experience.
• Expertise in Python, data manipulation, and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for student success.
Expected Compensation:
• Participation in Organization Rewards Program (Performance-based commission).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
