Resolving the issues by taking Remote.
Creating local and Domain users
Joining Workgroup to Domain
Configuring MS outlook and Creating the PST
Attending users calls and resolving the issue
Configuring the IP address
File and Print sharing,
Installing applications and troubleshooting
Installing and configuring Local and Network printers.
Applying Bit locker to particular drive.
Quick adaptive nature towards new technologies.
Worked on IT incidents Management tool like Service Now
Has a very good experience in handling the IT Service Requests, Incidents
Good at handling supports Tickets, desktops ,laptop issues
Can handle Asset management.
LINUX: User and Group Management, File Permissions, SSH, Package Management (YUM & RPM, NFS, SAMBA Server, APACHE, LVM.
AWS: EC2, S3, IAM, RDB, EBS, VPC, Cost Management.
