Key Responsibilities:
• Build detailed financial models to assess project feasibility and returns (IRR, NPV, etc.).
• Perform valuation of real estate assets and portfolios based on established methodologies.
• Prepare cash flow projections and investment performance metrics.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and compliance teams for thorough due diligence of projects and developers.
• Assess land titles, regulatory approvals, and project risks.
• Monitor the performance of ongoing investments and ensure compliance with fund objectives.
• Analyse project progress reports, budgets, and timelines to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
