Responsibilities
• Follow established, step-by-step processes to collect, organize, and process data
• Assist with basic data review, validation, and entry tasks
• Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, Office suite) to support case-related workflows
• Help maintain accuracy and efficiency across ongoing eDiscovery tasks
• Support the team in managing workload during a short-term capacity gap
Qualifications
Required
• Entry-level or associate candidates (0–2 years of experience)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Comfortable working with data in a structured environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Reliable, organized, and able to learn quickly
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 or Office tools in a professional setting
• Prior experience in data entry, support, or basic data-related work
• Any familiarity with eDiscovery concepts or tools (not required)
