Full job description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Calling Specialist based in India to support our business operations remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry tasks and handling both incoming and outgoing calls, including vendor follow-ups, basic customer communication, and appointment scheduling. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry across various platforms (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
Maintain and organize digital records, bills, reports, and vendor documentation.
Make outbound calls to vendors, service providers, and internal contacts for updates, confirmations, and scheduling.
Answer inbound calls professionally and route inquiries as needed.
Follow up on pending tasks and document outcomes in tracking systems.
Assist in administrative support functions as needed (email follow-ups, transcription, document formatting).
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records.
Adhere to daily workflows and productivity expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry and administrative support (1+ year preferred).
Excellent spoken English and strong phone communication skills.
Comfortable making and receiving professional calls using VoIP tools (Google Voice, RingCentral, or similar).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and basic file management.
Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Own a computer with updated antivirus and headset for calls.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working remotely with US-based clients.
Familiarity with invoice matching, billing platforms, or CRM systems.
Experience using tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or ClickUp is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
