We are looking for a a detail-oriented quality analyst to join our team and help train the AI models. The primary responsibility will help up review data, correct and upload in model to check the performance.
Responsibilities
• Review data and transcriptions
• Identify and correct transcription errors.
• Ensure that transcriptions meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all recordings and transcriptions.
Requirements
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong command of the English and Hindi language, including grammar and punctuation.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in transcription (preferred but not required).
