Job Description
Responsible to work closely with Data Vendors both offshore and onshore.
Contribute new workflow and data quality improvement ideas / execution
Identifies and deliver process improvements thereby resulting in increased efficiencies
Monitors the daily / weekly / monthly performance of the vendors and the overall service to identify issues and bridge the gaps which ultimately improves the process
Understands the service well and will be accountable to ensure the reporting and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards is in line with the contractual obligations
Responsible to closely monitor the metrics and challenge with the purpose to improve service and client experience
Manages & supports Internal and External audits
Support the service delivery manager in day-to-day activities and other projects / initiatives
Responsible to perform appropriate investigations to identify and manage queries / issues / escalations related to process
Hand-on experience in managing regulatory escalations and issues and is expected to manage these as part of roles and responsibilities
Manage relationship with key stakeholders and vendors.
Complete the required trainings on time
Contribute towards knowledge sharing and best practice sharing within the team
Accountable to work towards strengthening supervision, reducing client escalations and enhancing client experience
