Through professional attire, interview preparation, and more than 20 workforce development programs, we’re helping women step into leadership and economic independence.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, systems-minded Development & Database Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our fundraising efforts and donor engagement.
What You’ll Do
• Accurately process and record all donations (monetary and in-kind) in our CRM
• Maintain clean, up-to-date donor records, including pledges and matching gifts
• Generate reports, donor lists, and development tracking documents
• Prepare and send donor acknowledgments (approx. 200/month)
• Support fundraising campaigns and development operations
• Assist with event logistics, materials, and occasional on-site support
• Help ensure strong coordination between development, finance, and program teams
What You Bring
• 1+ year of data entry experience (nonprofit/fundraising a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with Event Management platforms a plus (OneCause preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Additional Details
• On-site, Monday–Friday during business hours
• Occasional evenings/weekends for events
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
