We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to drive data-driven insights and help shape strategic business decisions through data analysis and machine learning. This role involves working with large, complex datasets, building predictive models, and developing data visualizations to communicate insights effectively. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with machine learning algorithms, and proficiency in data processing tools, such as Python, R, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build and validate predictive models to solve business problems and forecast outcomes.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business strategies.
• Document data processes, models, and code for reproducibility and transparency.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to ensure data quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
• Strong communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
