Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for data entry for Docyt clients working with our proprietary Docyt software and QuickBooks online accounting software. No tax and No audit work is involved. Good verbal and English writing skills are a must for communicating with US-based clients to maintain their books of accounts. We expect candidates to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and the ability to demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior. This job may require some overlap in US time zones when communicating with clients.

Requirements
• Data entry services for Docyt clients
• Updates & entries to financial journals, data entry of financial records, documents, statements, and transactions.
• Management of accounting software like QuickBooks Online.
• Providing customer & technical support, etc.

• Has a basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping
• Familiar with the basics of MS Excel
• Can follow instructions properly
