While our roots are in remote work, we’re excited to expand our team with an on-site role in India, working on ambitious projects with stellar clients.

Ideally, you have some exposure to FinTech, logistics, Transportation, Insurance, Media, or other complex, multifactor industries to understand the scale of problems we face.
This position is based in India and will require in-office work.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure consistent data flow and processing.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in existing data pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve data-related issues, such as failed jobs, data inconsistencies, or performance degradation.
• Set up and manage monitoring tools to track the health and performance of data systems and pipelines.
• Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they impact production.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and timely data availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements and updates to data systems.
• Document and maintain operational run-books for common situations and tasks
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as a developer in a role using Python; ideally, you’ve maintained business-critical data pipelines for large enterprises.
• Comfortable manipulating large data sets and handling raw SQL.
• Essential experience with technologies such as Pyspark, AWS, and Databricks.
• Proven experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing data pipelines and systems to ensure smooth and reliable data operations
• Financial Services industry experience preferred.
• English fluency, both verbal and written.
