Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Instructor to join our team at Little Loudspeakers Academy. In this role, you will facilitate dynamic learning experiences that inspire confidence and enhance communication skills among our students. This position is vital in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in public speaking, debate, writing, reading, or math to K-12 students.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance course content and delivery methods.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field preferred.
Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Willingness to collaborate with a team of innovative educators.
