As a Debt Recovery Officer with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, you'll review claims under the Home Warranty Scheme, identify responsible parties, and lead efforts to recover debts. Your day-to-day will include auditing claims, negotiating payments, drafting agreements, and working with lawyers when needed to recover debts. Plus, you'll advise other teams, educate on recovery processes, and help improve policies.
