We are seeking a highly skilled Defense Lawyer III with expertise in general liability defense to join our New York Staff Counsel team at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding results in complex commercial general liability lawsuits.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in New York.
At least 5 years of experience in general liability defense litigation.
Excellent knowledge of civil procedure, rules of evidence, and trial practice.
