We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Defense Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney who is passionate about medical malpractice law and has a proven track record in defense litigation. The successful candidate will work on a variety of challenging and complex medical malpractice cases and will play a key role in shaping our defense strategies.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Permanent Civil Defense Litigation Attorney position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney or in a related role such as Associate Attorney, Defense Attorney, Insurance Defense Attorney, or Personal Injury Defense Attorney.
• Extensive experience in litigation, specifically civil litigation, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.
• Proven track record in managing a caseload effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in settlement negotiations.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex medical and legal information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
