We’re a specialist recruitment company within the food industry, partnering with some of the most exciting and innovative brands across manufacturing, production, and supply chain. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to placement
• Sourcing high-quality candidates across the food sector (change this to whatever you think)
• Building strong, lasting relationships with candidates
• Working closely with Account Managers to fulfil client requirements
• Writing engaging job adverts and managing job postings
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
• A candidate-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• Passion for delivering a high-quality recruitment experience
