About the Role: As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. You’ll lead a talented team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers, guiding them to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Foster collaboration and communication within the team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilise your technical background to support and mentor team members.
• Implement agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions to address challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
• A career background that ideally transitions from a Developer to a Delivery Manager.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and Azure DevOps; familiarity with Python and Typescript is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
