The team at Sandstone Dental located in Calgary, AB are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.


The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are patient-care focused practice and welcome patients of all ages. We strive to provide excellent patient care.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

Full-time position status
Permanent employment

SCHEDULE:

32-40 hours per week
4-5 Days of the week
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

No experience required but customer service experience and love numbers!
1-2 year of experience as a Dental Administrator will be an asset
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker and CareCru is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service and growth mindset
